Offered for auction, a linen table runner and tea cosy. Both hand embroidered around 1920s/30s. The tea cosy, 15" x 11.1/2", features a crinoline lady under an arch of red roses, surrounded by blue and yellow flowers, in good condition, no breaks or stains. The table runner, somewhat older, measures 47.1/2" x 9", again no breaks or stains but rather grey, features a blue crinoline lady in a garden of orange, lemon, blue and pink flowers. Two interesting vintage items.
