Crooks and Crooks fountain pen in excellent condition, all fittings are gold plated, the nib is a fine point featuring an intricate design. (Please refer to photos.)

Crooks N Crooks is a boutique French brand of pen.

This pen is a very smooth writer and comes to you from my own private collection.

As stated before the pen is in excellent condtion with the exception of some micro scratches that are present on the barrel and cap, the gold fittings are in perfect condition.

This particular pen uses standard cartridges, it does not ship with a converter.

Standard cartridges (aka Parker, Waterman, etc.) can be purchased from any good stationery store.

• If the item has been significantly misrepresented in the listing.

• If the item is not as advertised.

• If the item is found to be faulty upon arrival.

Every care is taken to provide accurate listings and pack the items securely for mail purposes. However refunds will not be made for items lost or damaged in the mail because this is beyond my control. I offer a registered/insured post option for most items posted within Australia and an Insurance option for International mail when it is available. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request and pay for these mail options if they are concerned with items being lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds will not be made for any other reason, so please take due care before placing a bid because a refund cannot be made simply because of a ‘change of mind’ regarding a purchase.

All buyers who require a refund must email me within 3 business days of receipt of the item setting out the reasons for the return. Postage charges are non-refundable. If a refund has been approved items must then be returned within 7 days in the condition they were received to be eligible for a refund.  No items should be returned without obtaining prior approval first. Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return postage.

All applications for a refund will be dealt with on a case by case basis and the decision of Centrumsolutions is final. 

Any genuine application for a refund which complies with the terms of this refund policy will be approved without question.

Due to previous problems with non-paying bidders any buyer not adhering to this request will receive several reminders during the first week.

If payment is not received within 7 days of end of auction the item will be logged as unpaid, there will be no exceptions on this.

Australia:

Items mailed within Australia can be sent by Regular Mail or Registered Mail.

International:

All items mailed internationally are sent by Air Mail.
