Travel in comfort and style with this luxurious motorhome! We are reluctantly selling our 2005 Crossroads Paradise Pointe 33 foot 5th Wheeler and GMC Sierra Dual Cab Truck. Both are in excellent condition. The 5th Wheeler has 3 slide outs (which slide in and out with the push of a button), one in the lounge, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, giving a lot of extra living space. It has high ceilings so has plenty of room for tall people. This truly is a home away from home with all the space and comfort of a self contained 1 bedroom unit. In the main living area is an electric log fire, 2 Jason recliners. 3 seater couch (that converts into a double bed), large screen Loewe LCD HD TV (wiring inside walls), ceiling fan and extendable dining table with 4 chairs. There is storage inside the dining chairs and table. There is a window above the lounge slide for extra light and there is a back door with steps (Australian Standards requirement) The full sized kitchen has lots of bench space with an extended island bench, double sink with covers (so you can use the sink as bench space), full size fridge/freezer, pull out pantry, microwave, gas oven and stove. There is a pull out shelf for kettle and toaster with power points. There are lots of power points throughout. In the bedroom is a queen size island bed, full sized wardrobe with mirror doors and a second LCD TV. There is office/workdesk area where you could have a PC and printer if needed. There is a seperate shower and toilet, underfloor gas heating throughout and lots of cupboards and storage space. Underneath is the washing machine and more storage space. The large annex opens and closes with the push of a button. It is fully slimlined and complies with Australian Standards it also has heavy duty springs. There is a generator, 220L clean water tank, 150L grey water tank and 150L black water tank and an automatic SmartSat Satellite. The car has a booster, air shocks and on board compressor, uhv radio, GPS Navigation, cruise control, heated leather seats, extended tray, towbar, automatic extending mirror for towing and a DVD stacker.
