Adorably cute 80's vintage wrap mini dress - the top of the dress is a stretchy textured comfy poly cotton and the skirt is a non stretch cotton with a fresh navy blue and white print which is enhanced with strips of red zig zag embroidery - simply wrap and tie at the side or back - delicious 80's vintage
