New timber custom built 2.4m x 2.4m x 2.3high

-KD Hardwood Frame & floor joists 70 X 35 KD Hardwood
- Structual ply flooring
-Baltic pine weatherboards (Can upgrade to pre primed ready to paint baltic pine weatherboards for extra $100.00 fee)
-Woodland grey Colorbond roofing & ridge top
-Skylight
-Hardwood balustrade with 600mm verandah
-2 x Hardwood windows 350mm x 350mm
-Outward opening front door with latch
-Galvanised nails to secure weatherboards

Constructed using "Quality" materials that will stand up to even the harshest of outdoor conditions. NO TREATED PINE used as i refuse to work with any treated timber materials let alone have young kids playing in or around.

The cubby is extremely well built very solid & sturdy with attention to detail. It will need to be painted or stained & oiled as the timber is raw. The frame has been put together using screws for easy dismantling . It will be dismantled into 8  sections so a large trailer or suitable vehicle will be required for pick up. May consider delivery for a fee depending on location
