Cubby House - Menai NSW   pick up only  ...  2 storey Home made Cubby House in very good condition . Has windows , ladders , rope climb . It came with the house but not required . You would need to come and dismantle , at least take the 2 roof panels off and lay over , in order to fit through the garage , but due to the size and weight , it may be necessary to split in half ( looks like it could be separated into 2 , the panel section and the front section then re-assembled later )  . So you would need something like a tray truck or large trailer to transport and plenty of muscle ( helpers ) . Looks good now , with a new lick of paint would look like a bought one  ( or better ) . If you've got the energy , manpower and transport , score yourself a great cubby for the kids at a bargain basement price ..  ( starting at 01 cent ..)     .. any questions email me  ..  Tks

A: Hi , I didnt build it but it seems to be some sort of hardwood frame and panelling at the rear . Looks like its been built for a while and been out in the weather , but there's no signs of any water damage / wood rot etc... Continue reading
