| Delivery |
After all payments have been recieved and cleared we will ship within 3 working days, except where the goods may be temporarily out of stock. In any out of stock item the buyer will be notified by email and offered another colour of the same item. If This is not accepted we will refund the total purchase price. |
| Refunds & Returns |
We do not offer refunds unless the item has a manufacturing fault. To date this has never happened as all items are tested and are of the highest quality. If there is a manufacturing fault we will replace the item with another new item of the same description.The item must be returned with all original packaging and the ebay purchase date. This item replacement is only available for 7 days from the reciept of the goods and only if contacted by the purchaser prior to returning the item. We will pay all freight charges incurred in the return of the item on the condition that the purchser supplies to a the Australia Post receipt for the cost of freight for the returned items.
