Will fit beautifully into any garden and both you and your children will love it for years to come - and who knows when they are done with it you can use it as a Guest House or a Garden Shed, the possibilities with this Cubby are just endless... It is made from pine with a colorbond roof. The floor is made from the very hardy yellow tongue. For an additional $ 190.00 you can upgrade the cladding to an even stronger and thicker cladding, making this Cubby as durable as your own house, if cared for properly. Measuring 2.40m L x 250m W (incl Terrace, less Terrace 1.50m) x 215m H is has a very good size with plenty of room. Included in this price is: Awning 1 Window (can not be opened) on the side 2 rectangular windows at the front Terrace with fencing 1 full door (the barn style door is an optional extra) Please note that comes standard is colorbond - you do have the option of getting a timber roof which looks fantastic, however there is an additional fee if this option is choosen. - Also you might want to conside adding swings to the side of the Cubby or perhaps extending the roofline and adding a sandpit - talk to us on (03) 5789 1493 It comes standard with square posts at the front as opposed to the rounded ones in the photo. It is picked up / delivered unpainted and in a flat pack system and requires priming and painting before installation, this must be done to ensure the longevity. It comes with everything that is required to put it together, all you need is a drill, a hammer and a helping pair of hands. All our cubbies are built from start to finish here in our workshop and so we can make any changes you like to size and design - just let us know what you want and we will work with you. We can plaster or board the Cubbies inside for you if this is something you like. We can also deliver and install the Cubby for you in the Melbourne area but please note that if we are doing the installation then we also need to do the painting as this must happen first. For a delivery outside of Melbourne please enquire about cost.
