You are bidding on a children's Cubby approximately 6 years young - built by a qualified tradesman.
It is made out of western red cedar cladding, colourbond iron roof, internal walls are covered with ply and fully insulated.
Inside the cubby has waterproof carpet with 2 x 600mm windows with perspex sliding windows.
The overall size is 2.850M deep x 2.4 wide.
The deck is 890mm wide and a fully size adult person can stand up inside the cubby.

The cubby can be dismantled if you are good with tools.  The preferred way is to use a truck with a rear mounted hiab.
The cubby is not fixed to the ground it is sitting on steel bearers.
