A quaint Cubby House that the children will absolutely love and one that is pleasing to look at for Mum and Dad. It has everything your children have ever dreamed of.

• Measuring 180cm L x 150cm W x 205cm H - including terrace 240cm long
• This Cubby House comes with a mailbox
• 1 window (cannot be opened)
• 1 Flowerbox
• Beautifully hinged door

The Cubby is made from pine and will need some sort of treatment or paint immediately to ensure the longevity.The roof is colourbond (differes from picture) The floor is made from treated pine with the extremely hardwearing Yello Tongue on top - really they are built like a small house with the floor alone weighing in excess of 80kgs

We can also install the Cubby for you in the Greater Melbourne area at a cost of $ 250.00 + $ 150.00 for delivery. If you live elsewhere and would like one of our Cubby Houses, please let us know where you live and we will be able to quote you on this. Alternatively you can pick it up from us and install it yourself, we are near romsey or Wallan and approx 35min from the Airport.

We are happy to ship this Cubby interstate in a Flat Pack, please enquire for costings

JMJ does not charge anything on top of our shipping rates so it is entirely depending on the freighters. If you think you can get a better rate then we are happy to arrange this for you or work with you to make it happen.
