Custom Batman Figure Scarecrow (with glow in the dark head) Built with LEGO®  Parts

This customised figure has been designed by me.  The figure has an original printed glow in the dark head and a decal (similar to a sticker) applied to the body which has been varnished for protection.    All new parts used.
