After your purchase all you have to do is email your photos, desired text, the design number you have chosen & the number of copies required to pitterpatterprints@bigpond.com. Please also ensure you supply your ebay user ID when emailing photo's etc to avoid any delays.

A proof will be emailed within 24-48 hours

Any adjustments will be made until you are completely satisfied

Once your final approval is received your announcement will be professionally printed which usually takes between 2-4 days & sent via express post.

All designs can be changed to suit your occassion - eg birth announcement, thank you, christening invitation, birthday invitation or even a wedding invitation. Fonts can also be changed.

You can even mix & match - if you like one announcement but like the font or text layout on another just let me know & I can customise an Announcement/Thank You just for you.

Tips

To ensure the best result your photos should be taken using the highest quality settings on your camera.

Any scanned photos should be scanned at 300dpi

The better the quality of your photo, the better the end result.

Please do not crop, resize or change colour pictures to black & white or sepia as we will do this for you.

All items are sent via Express Post to ensure you receive your item in the quickest possible time. Although all care is taken when mailing to ensure your items arrive safely (including DO NOT BEND in big letters on front & back) I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by Australia Post. Please ensure your details are correct as any returned mail will incur another postage fee to have the item resent.

Please note that as this item is personally customised there is no refunds or returns unless I have made an error in the printing. Please ensure you check the final proof very carefully as once I receive your final OK & the items are printed there is no refunds.

I am a stay at home mum of 3 children aged 4, 20 months & 8 months so have a very hectic life to say the least. I found the need to start this business as when I had all 3 of my children I wanted a special way of announcing their arrival as well as more personal invites for christenings & birthdays yet no where I looked offered the kind of thing I was after - sure the camera shops have templates but most of the ones for kids have the Disney Princess or Cars themes etc and not a very big selection to choose from which I did not want and then I had to get there which meant working around the kids routine & spend over 1/2 an hour typing etc just to order them & then I had to wait for up to 4 hours then go back & collect them. Anyone with little kids knows how hard this can be trying to juggle sleep & feeding times. The service I offer gives you the opportunity to order your special announcements in the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you (working around sleep times)and the finished product is delivered direct to your door so the only thing you have to do is mail them. And you have a much bigger selection to choose from which I am adding to constantly so you can come back & order for future events as well. Our prices are also exceptional as 5x7 prints in the camera shops sell for around $3 each so you are saving over 60% and doing it at a time that suits you and not having to work around opening hours of the stores.
