TERMS AND CONDITIONS
|
- All auctions are GST inclusive; Tax invoice are supplied.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have confirmation on compatibility of the item with their vehicles. Please email if unsure.
- No warranty is given on ALL used items unless otherwise stated.
- Our delivery charge includes the cost of actual postage & packaging/materials, as well as a handling fee.
- We carefully package each item to ensure its safe arrival; claims of posted items being lost or damaged during delivery will only be accepted if the package was insured for its appropriate value with nominated couriers.
- Payment must be received by WESTSIDE MUFFLERS within 5 days of the winning bid. If payment is not received within this time, the item will be relisted and negative feedback may be left for the buyer.
- WESTSIDE MUFFLERS reserves the right to remove bids from buyer with negative or zero feedback.
Returns Policy
- WESTSIDE MUFFLERS has a strict no-returns policy regarding unwanted items unless the product was inaccurately described. or Fautly
- We will not provide exchanges or refunds due to incompatability with your vehicle or installation errors. It is the customer's responsibility to ask before placing bids.
- Faulty item claims must be made within 10 days of the item being sent out (20 days for international).
- Customers must send faulty items back to WESTSIDE MUFFLERS at their own cost.
- If the item is faulty WESTSIDE MUFFLERS will send a replacement by Express Post and fully reimburse the customer for the cost of posting the item back to us. We will offer a refund for the item only when we have confirmed that it is faulty and only if we do not have a replacement instock.
- If the item is not faulty it will be sent back (at our expense) to the customer and no reimbursement will be made for either the item or initial and return postage & handling fees.
- WESTSIDE MUFFLERS records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back. Any faulty item claims will be voided if the item is returned in anything less than its original condition and no reimbursement will be made.
- Any claims by customers that such damage was caused during postage (initial or return) will only be considered if the item was registered / insured for its appropriate value with nominated couriers.
