Custom Ski / Race boat- 351 CLEVELAND V- Drive

This is an auction and my personal opinion as to the status of the boat.( Iam not a qualified mechanic and can not atest to the internals of this boat,Feel free to pay to have an expert come check it out.)This is an ebay auction and no warranty offered nor implied.That does not mean that there is anything wrong with the boat,merely that it sold as is where is.Potential buyers can find it on boatpoint.

Up for sale is my pride and joy-"PLUM CRAYZEE". This boat has seen three years and many thousands of dollars to restore it to it's current condition.(I would recommend viewing before committing to buy as I do not do well with non paying bidders or tyre kickers.)This listing is starting at a price which will not even return the cost of the parts invested but unfortunately I have too many toys and not enough garage space. I will briefly explain some of the upgrades on this vessel.

*- 351 4V Cleveland (which is a 23-AL if you wish to chase up it's origin.I am confused as on one register it has it as a BOSS motor but the 23 would indicate it may have come from a F100.Unless of course they fitted Boss 351 to F100?)Regardless it pulls like a trojan and as an indication, on it's first water trial since rebuild it was pulling 65MPH at 4000RPM. It should rev out to 6-6500RPM so top end is anyones guess.I was not game to take it there!!The motor has a new Electronic distributor,Electronic Coil,Electric Billet water pump and newly refurbished and polished 600 CFM Holley.

* - Haynes Hellyer V-Drive with straight cut gears. Maybe annoying to some but this thing sounds like it is running Peter Jackson /Gilmer gears when it powers.

* - Brand new recovered seats in custom stitching.

*- Brand new Marine Ply floor (12 Ply)

* - Brand new shifter

* - Brand new tailored carpet

* JVC CD player and marine speakers.

* - Brand new dash gauges which only illuminate when boat is turned on(very spesh!

The trailer has even been refurbished with brand new Hubs and bearings.All wiring is new to the submersible lights.

This boat must be seen to be appreciated and as the name would suggest , it is just plum crazy. Forgot to add that the marinising manifolds , exhausts etc. are all brand spanking new from ROLCO marine.It was over the transom extractors which I reverted to "flapper" outlets.

Trailer and boat both come with long rego.About 11 months on the boat and 7 months on the trailer.Boat is currently boat coded with NSW waterways and plates affixed.
