A Patio design comes with Engineering Sheets, Standard Construction Details, Steel Layouts, Truss Diagrams, Roof Sheet Layouts and a Material List that is accurate to the screw. Along with email assistance from the date you buy, until the date you tell me your finished.

I am happy to receive all questions, but trade secrets are part of what I am selling, please don't ask for them until you have purchased the product.
In a retail situation you would be paying $110 inc for the engineering and approx 4 hours @ $95 per hour for a single tier design.
