Custom built jayco caravan

For sale is a 26ft custom built jayco caravan. The caravan has had a major upgrade starting for the outside it has new front and back checker plate toolboxes. It has a new annexe and walls with an internal wall for privacy, curved roof rafters, anti flap and lower skirting. Inside there has been a major up grade with new floor, all laminated benches, and some walls, sink, range hood, fridge, micro blinds, bathroom mirror with lights inside, easy lift bench that quickly converts to a small bed, LCD TV, JVC DVD player with speakers built into ceiling, dimmer down lights and light fittings, slimline GPOs, all seats re upholstered and a gas oven with an electric hot plate save gas when at caravan parks. The van has all the standard features in it like shower, toilet, the hot water is gas, has electric breaks, good tyres and it has a windgard antenna. The tare weight is 1800kg and the ball weight is 180kg, which means almost all 4wd, can pull it no worries and just about any V6 family car with a heavy-duty tow bar can pull it comfortably. The vans built date is 93 and it has minor blemishes but over all a lot of time money and pride went into the van and it really looks great throughout. We have just finished building and have no need for it anymore although know it will be missed. For what has been spent on it and what we would like to get for it hopefully, there is no doubt the van is a bargain. Hopefully that answers most questions of cores it is road worthy and registered too. We have just put it on the market else where so if it sells before bidding end it must go to that buyer.
