Delivery
All parcels under 22kg and/or shorter than 1 meter will be shipped using Australia Post registered mail. Insurance is mandatory and included in postage costs.
All parcels above 22kg and/or longer than 1 meter will be sent using a courier company of our choice.
Parcels heavier than 22kg and/or longer than 1 meter cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. Please supply a street address for delivery using checkout.
Goods are shipped once payment is received in full.
If you have purchased a large item goods will be sent using regular delivery vans/trucks. If you are unable to unload the goods at your end without assistance, please advise us upon purchase. An additional charge of $85 applies for the use of a hydraulic tailgate truck. If you choose not to order a lift gate truck, it is your responsibility to ensure you can unload the goods.
Transport companies generally do not call prior to delivery (even when specifically requested) and we strongly advise all customers that they provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours. All courier companies will attempt delivery of your goods once. It is also advisable that all buyers provide us with a telephone number to facilitate any delivery queries. Bayelic is not responsible for second deliveries. All second deliveries need to be directly organised with the courier company and paid for before goods are delivered.
As per our terms and conditions of sale, we will dispatch all items within 15 days of payment. Though most goods will be dispatched within several days of payment, the 15 day timeframe allows for rare delayed shipments or other unexpected deliveries or delays. Once the item has left the premises we are unable to provide exact delivery date or times. However all tracking details are forwarded via email upon dispatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company.
If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left in you letter box. You will be able to make arrangements with the transport company to collect the goods. If the item was sent via Australia Post, the item will be available for collection from your local post office.
Bayelic is in no way responsible for shipping delays once goods have left our premises. Though most delivery delays are out of our control, we are more than happy to directly attend to any freight problems.
A signature is required for all deliveries.
Combined Postage
A 50% discount is offered off the postage cost of any additional items purchased within several days of the initial purchase. In order to benefit from combined shipping, please make payment for the combined purchase at the same time. Ensure to reference your payment with your username or one of the item numbers.
Conditions
1. The combined package cannot exceed 22kg in weight and/or 1 meter in length as this offer only applies to items being posted via Australia Post.
2. Full postage will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost. The discount will then apply to the items with the lesser shipping cost.
3. Please finalise final purchases within 5 days of the initial purchase to be eligible for the combined postage discount.
Larger items to be shipped by transport companies cannot be combined or discounted as these items are charged on a cubic volume and weight basis.
No Pick-Up Allowed!
Pick-ups are not possible under any circumstances. This includes pick-ups by customers and or third party freight companies picking up on behalf of the customer.
As an online-only seller, we have a substantial amount of product being dispatched from our warehouse and are visited by a number of transport companies daily. Hence to offer an efficient dispatch system to our customers all around Australia, we are unable to allow pick-up.
We have contracts with different transport companies and offer competitive shipping rates with all items covered by transit insurance.
