This is a genuine Dell Power Supply 305W for Dell OptiPlex GX320 and GX620, and Dimension 3100, E310, E510, and 5100. All of our power supplies are pulled from working systems, fully tested, and guaranteed to perform perfectly for 30 days.
Note: Buyer will receive any of the identical part numbers: W8185, M8802, M8805, M8806, X8129, C9962. If you request a particular model, please inquire before purchase.
This PSU is covered under our 30-Day Red Planet Guarantee (below) but there is no extended manufacturer's warranty on this item.
We guarantee our products will work for you, however, before ordering, please check your existing power supply to ensure this replacement is the most appropriate for your system. You will receive notification of shipping when your label is created, including tracking information if available. If you have
paid with paypal, you may be able to track your shipping progress through your paypal account. We will attempt to provide your tracking information
in multiple ways, including email and via carrier notification. If you cannot locate your tracking information, please contact us.
For orders valued over $200 USD and paid with PayPal, we will ship immediately if you have a Confirmed PayPal Address. If
your PayPal address is unconfirmed or you would like shipment to an alternate address, you should contact us Before Payment or expect delays in
your order processing. We do our best to minimize fraudulent transactions, any suspicious activity will result in further delays.
If you pay via PayPal eCheck, we will not ship, nor will we even be aware of your order, until the payment
clears! eCheck payments take 3-4 business days to clear, and we have NO CONTROL over this progress. Ordering express shipping but paying with
eCheck is a common mistake! Buyers assume responsibility for delays due to eCheck payments.
Combined shipping discounts are available for many, but not ALL items. If you have purchased several items, please
message us to combine them and discount your shipping before making payment.
We use UPS, USPS, and DHL as our carriers for Continental USA addresses. We want you to receive your items quickly,
and WE WILL CHOOSE which carrier to use, even though eBay only allows their choice of carriers
for calculated shipping. In most cases we will use the carrier(s) indicated in the listing, however there are many factors influencing our decision
of carrier, including time of payment, projected delivery times, tracking options, etc, and we reserve the right to choose the final carrier. If you

USPS offers relatively inexpensive express shipping for Continental USA addresses - however their definition
of EXPRESS MAIL is not 'Guaranteed Overnight'. Instead, USPS Express Mail delivers in 'One or Two Days'. We cannot guarantee the
delivery time for USPS Express shipments as 'Overnight'.
We use USPS Global Priority Mail for most international shipments. We cannot guarantee the delivery time for USPS shipments
despite the 4-10 days advertised by USPS. Customers should be aware we have had orders take up to 2 months for delivery. Please note that we cannot mark items as 'GIFT'
Please expect to pay Additional Fees for any of the following situations:

Local pickup for orders under $100 is a flat $5 per visit. Many buyers

setup for shipping. In the same time it takes a shipping employee to greet a walk-in customer, find his item, take his payment, show other items, tour the

door, it would be a different story, we would buy a cash register and put in automatic doors. Instead, 1-2 customers per day is more of a minor interruption. However,

THE RED PLANET 30-DAY GUARANTEE: Buy with confidence! We test and guarantee our electronic products! The product description in each listing will
indicate if the item is covered under this guarantee and for how long, otherwise the item is sold AS-IS with no returns. Please read our guarantee policy carefully before bidding.
Purchasing items from Red Planet Trading includes agreeing to these terms - if you do not agree to abide by these rules, please do not bid!
- If a buyer receives a malfunctioning product upon arrival(DOA reported within 3 days of delivery),
the product will be replaced(cross-shipped if customer provides his return tracking info) with an identical(or better) product provided the malfunctioning item is returned at customer expense to Red Planet Trading
within 30 calendar days of payment. If there is no stock available to replace the DOA product, Red Planet Trading will offer a FULL refund (including original shipping). This is the only case where
shipping is refunded. There are some exceptions to this rule, see 'Nature of this business' below.
- If a product covered under this guarantee arrives in working order but malfunctions during the guarantee period (30 days from payment clearing date unless explained otherwise in the listing),
then the product may still be replaced or refunded however the buyer is then responsible for the cost of ALL shipping and handling.
Original shipping will not be refunded, and additional shipping is required to send replacement units. We cannot ship endless replacements at our cost for warranty items. If a covered item fails within the
guarantee period, we will honor the warranty and replace the item, but buyers should expect to pay for replacement shipping. Our guarantee ends promptly at the end of the period, and we simply cannot extend
service indefinitely.
- ALL returns must have prior authorization, please contact us via email to initiate a return.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted on the following conditions:
- The product is covered by our Red Planet Guarantee (Read the listing and see the guarantee policy details above)
- No returns are accepted and no refunds processed after 30 calendar days of payment.
- All returns must have prior authorization, contact us for RMA instructions.
- Unless instructed otherwise, all returns must be repackaged as originally shipped including all accessories/manuals/software.

any Dell warranty, all items were purchased from recycling vendors, never from Dell! If buyer contacts Dell, they will not recognize any warranty related to any products sold by Red Planet Trading.

SUPPORT: Technical support for products and related software is not provided by Red Planet Trading. We are happy to answer a question or two when able, but we are unable to
provide extensive support to diagnose your issue or optimize your performance. For detailed assistance with products, buyers must contact the

A large part of our business is selling(recycling) used computer components. Customers are very attracted to our super low prices on high quality items! However, as plain as it sounds,
our used/refurbished items are not new!! We do routine testing of all of our used items before shipping, however we do not spend 24 hours testing each item nor do we plan
to test every aspect of every item in every situation. All items ship as working units, but occasionally an item will arrive dead or fail within a very short time. THIS IS THE NATURE OF THIS
PURCHASE! Our customers must acknowledge this basic risk when purchasing used items. If receiving a defective product on the first shipment is completely unacceptable, DO NOT BUY A USED ITEM - INSTEAD BUY A NEW ONE!
Yes, of course we offer EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and will try to solve your issue right away! Our warranty is designed to cover your item failing for a very short period after ordering.
We offer refunds and ship replacements regularly, however customers should not expect Rolls Royce Service on a Dirt Cheap Item!!!
We can only do so much for your order and we can only stay in business if we stick to our rules for servicing our products.. Our 30 day guarantee must end at 30 days from purchase, not when the buyer finally gets around to using his order, and not
at 30 days of actual use of a product. Please buy a third party extended warranty if you are concerned about your order failing at day 31.
We cannot ship endless replacements at our cost for warranty items. If you have had your item for a couple of weeks and it fails, we will warranty the item, but expect to pay for shipping a replacement item to you.
If it costs much more to ship your item than the item itself costs, then SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE - PERIOD. This is not an attempt to cheat you, but an unfortunate fact of this type of purchase. If we were to refund shipping in every case, we would quickly go out of business.
