Stock Description

Laptops

All our laptops are fully tested and in excellent working order. They come supplied with all leads and power cables. Battery life is not guaranteed on our refurbished laptops.
Operating System will be loaded and will be stated on the listing.
A Grade: Will be in excellent condition with only the faintest of marks if any.
B Grade: Will have minor cosmetic and imperfections damages. Scratches could be on the case and the keys could be worn but will still be visible. Etched and Blotching.

Any imperfections will be noted in the listing. Please contact before bidding if you have any queries on our grading.

Apple eMacs

All our Apple eMacs are fully tested and working with OS 10.4 Tiger loaded.

They are supplied with the correct cables.
A Grade: Excellent condition with only minor marks
B Grade: Could have marked or blotched screen. Could have scratches on casing.

TRADE BUYERS

EOL IT Services holds thousands of IT products in stock which are only available to trade customers. If you are an IT dealer you could qualify for an experienced trade account manager, receiving IT equipment at reduced prices.

Methods

We only accept PayPal payments.

If you do not have a PayPal account then please do not bid on this item. Any bidders who bid without a PayPal account will be reported to eBay.

Non Payment

Bidding on eBay is a contract and means your intend to purchase the item. If payment is not received within 7 days we will open an unpaid item dispute with eBay. If you do not respond within 2 days of the unpaid item dispute we will re list the item and your order will be cancelled. EBay will apply an unpaid strike to your account.

Returns

All items sold come with our standard 90 Day warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Returns will be authorised for the following reasons:
a) Customers are in receipt of Goods damaged in transit
b) Customers are in receipt of defective Goods (e.g. missing parts, broken parts, failure to power on)
c) Customers are in receipt of unsatisfactory Goods which are considered to have been misleadingly described

Customers wishing to make a return must contact EOL in writing via email (returns@eolitservices.co.uk) for return instructions.

All Goods must be packed securely for collection by EOL or its courier or for return by the Customer or the customer’s courier.

EOL reserves the right to refuse inadequately packed returns.

If Customers have attempted to repair the Goods without prior written consent from EOL, EOL reserves the right to refuse the Goods for return.

Postage

Please note our delivery prices are only for items shipped to UK mainland addresses, should you require shipping to other areas, please contact before bidding so that we can give you an accurate quote for shipping charges.

Items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days following receipt of payment. We will ship to alternative addresses when buyers pay by PayPal and this must be stated on the PayPal Payment.

All deliveries will require a signature.

Items with shipping of £1-£8 shall be sent via the Royal Mail. If you are unable to sign for the delivery it will be held at your local sorting office, (details will be left on a card posted at your address). Deliveries over £10 will be sent by a third party courier such as City Link, these deliveries shall also require a signature, if you are unable to sign for the delivery it will be held at the local depot, (address and details on how to collect will be left at your address)

EOLAuctions is the eBay retail arm of EOL IT Services Ltd. A company established in 1996 to handle the refurbishment of corporate and public sector IT equipment.

Once the equipment is collected all data is wiped using highest level security procedures, it is then engineered to full operational status, cleaned and transferred to our Online Store and E-Bay sites for sale to the general market.

Data security is an extremely important aspect of our business both when working with corporate clients and individual customers.
