Condition: This is a new item in its original box. This item has very light marks on the outside display cover as per photos. They are very thin, light and look like thin gray hair. They are hard to see and to be able to notice them you need to look in a certain angle. The white dots on the photos are dust so you can have an idea of how thin the marks are. In some positions it is almost impossible to see the marks. Power adapter, CDs, etc. are still all sealed. This laptop has been double checked, OS and drivers have been installed and it is ready to go (expect box and CD sleeves to show signs of having been opened. The logos on the box will be painted to avoid the risk of stealing during delivery). The OS might have been updated (e.g. Windows XP Pro service pack 2 updated to SP3).

Warranty: This item's final price does not include warranty. Warranty is optional. The warranty can be purchased from us or over the phone from Dell Australia after the laptop has been transferred to the new owner; Dell's transfer to the new owner can take up to 20 working days. Warranty prices vary according to warranty conditions. As an example the 12 months warranty Next Business Day (8x5) Onsite Response Extension (Parts + Labour) extension for this item = $240 including GST. "Next Business Day" means that Dell will attempt first to resolve the problem over the phone and if it's impossible then they will send a technician with a spare part the next business day to your home/office. This sort of warranty is much better than a "return to manufacturer" warranty where you usually have to wait 5-7 days to get your laptop back. If you wish we can buy the warranty for you at the above prices (please see options). It usually takes up to 5 weeks for the warranty to be activated. You can transfer a Dell warranty to some countries e.g. USA.

Payment: Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer or bank deposit you'll get a free gift (please see above). Overseas Customers PayPal only.

Delivery: This item will be sent to you via registered post within two business days of payment being cleared. Postage Insurance is optional (see cost abovr). Your Australia Post registered number will be given to you so if the item was to be lost during delivery you would have to contact the Australia Post as we do not assume responsability for delivery. Pick up is not possible, please do not insist.

Return Policy: We thoroughly test our laptops. Nonetheless, if there is something wrong with your laptop (e.g. the item is scratched, damaged, not as described, does not work properly, etc.) you may return the item to us and we will refund you in full immediately (including all delivery costs). If you have simply changed your mind, you can still return this laptop to us at any time providing that you accept to leave us positive feedback (prior to the refund), that the item is still in its original condition (i.e. it is not damaged, it has its original packaging, etc.), that you cancel the transaction on eBay, that you pay a rental fee (2% of item's price per day) and that you pay all delivery costs.

Tax invoice: We will email you the tax invoice with GST once payment clears and the item is shipped.
