A. Shipping:

•  Our normal shipping method is city LINK within the UK and the Post Office for international shipments
•  Alternate methods of shipping can be used at the buyer's request and expense

•  Yes, you can avoid the shipping charges by picking the item up during normal business hours in OUR SHOP  in Edmonton London .

B. General Warranties:

• Being "unhappy" with your purchase or having buyer's remorse is NOT a warranty issue.  We do not offer a trial period and all sales are final. 
• All NEW items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. This means that if there is any problem with the item (including arriving DOA) you must resolve it directly with the manufacturer.
• Items sold AS-IS or UNWARRANTED or  BROKEN or FOR PARTS or NON-WORKING, etc., are sold with no warranty whatsoever and will not be repaired, replaced, refunded etc. They are sold at the buyer's risk entirely and yelling, crying, whining, threatening, etc., will not help. 
• Unless otherwise stated, all items sold as REFURBISHED or USED or DEMO or LIKE-NEW, etc., are warranted by us for 90 days parts and one year labour. Some items may still carry a remaining warranty from the manufacturer, but our sole liability is our own 90/360 day warranty.

C. Computer Warranties:

• Our warranty extends to the computer hardware only. Any software accompanying the computer is not warranted.
• Any defects must be brought to our attention within the 30 day warranty period and the defective part or machine must be returned to us for inspection and/or repair or replacement
• We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective part or machine with a similar or better (but not necessarily identical) part or machine within a reasonable period of time, at our sole discretion. By similar we mean functionally similar -- e.g., same or higher microprocessor speed, same or a larger hard drive, etc., but not necessarily the identical brand and/or model. We would obviously attempt to make the replacement as similar as possible, but with used/refurbished equipment that's not always possible.
• Cosmetic condition and descriptions are subject to our determination and are NOT a warranty issue. We try to describe the equipment as accurately as possible and point out any major flaws. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scuffs, scratches, scrapes, marks, etc., which don't affect the functionality of the item are normal in any previously owned item and are to be expected.
• we do not offer refunds of any kind unless we are unable to repair or replace the item within a reasonable period of time.  This option is solely at our discretion.
