This delightful and spacious double story timber hutch is ideally suited to comfortably house rabbits or guinea pigs and has been architecturally designed with your fury friend’s safety and comfort in mind. The stylish and paractical home features a large living area, spacious sleeping compartment, non-slip ramp, open-plan integrated lower run enclosure for grazing and a slide-out plastic lined tray making cleaning a breeze. It also comes with a trap door which can be closed off if you need to confine your pet to a single level and a metal grate with timber frame surround for the ground level, making it 100% escape and dig proof.

This popular hutch has been made to a very high standard using select panels of Fir wood timber. The wood has been specially treated with Pet Friendly wood protection to help withstand the elements. The wood used is resistant to rotting and insect infestation and should provide many years of use. We recommend a yearly coat of animal friendly wood protection coating be applied to preserve the hutch especially if it is to reside in an unsheltered area of the yard.

The lower enclosure provides optimal opportunities for your pet to exercise throughout the day moving freely between both via the built-in non-slip ramp. It has two doors top and bottom, so you can access your pet easily from either level. If you would like to provide extra space for your pet to exercise you can add a metal excerise / play pen which are available through out ebay store. We recommend the 18” tall enclosure for guinea pigs and the 24” tall enclosure for bunnies. You can easily attach two runs together (attachment parts supplied) to create a huge external play area.

Local Pick Up from our warehouse in Dandenong South is welcome by prior arrangement. Pick up is generally available between 12pm - 4:45pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday and between 10:45am – 11:30am on Saturdays and must be organised via email. Please email us with your preferred appointment day / time. You should receive a return email within 24 hours (during business days) with our address details and confirmation of your appointment day / time. Please note: our office is NOT open on Saturday so appointments for collection of goods on Saturday must be recived by no later than 4pm on Friday if you would liek to collect on saturday.

Goods are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of payment clearing. On the rare occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, it can take up to 5 business days to dispatch your order. You will be notified via email when your goods have left our warehouse and will be provided with an ETA of arrival. Goods need to be signed for so a physical delivery address is required (couriers will not deliver to a PO BOX) and a business address is preferred. If the goods are being sent to a residential address we need to provide the courier with authority to leave the goods in the event no one is available to sign for them. Please supply clear instructions (at checkout) on where the goods can be left. A daytime contact number is also required. If no instructions are supplied prior to the goods being dispatched, authority to leave the goods at the address registered on eBay will be given to the courier and Puppy Power will not accept any liability for any missing items. We are able to provide a combined shipping discount when you purchase multiple items. Simply let us know when you email us your payment details.

***OPTIONAL INSURANCE COVER (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) will be made available to you at checkout and covers your goods for loss or damage up to the value of $1,500. If you select to take out insurance cover you will need to inspect your goods BEFORE signing for them. Alternatively you can note "subject to inspection" or "STI" beside your signature and must report any damage to the seller within 48 hours of signing for your goods. When signing for your goods you are agreeing to the courier’s terms which state your goods have been received in good condition and once a signature is obtained you waive your right to claim for any damage. We strongly recommend taking out insurance which is a small price to pay for peace of mind. If your goods are being delivered to a business address please inform your colleagues of these conditions as the courier will accept a signature from anyone at the delivery address.
