All items are shipped via UPS and USPS. International orders are shipped via USPS.
USA SHIPMENTS take between 3-7 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed after shipment on priority and UPS shipments only.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS take between 3-20 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed after shipment on priority shipments only.
If you only have a P.O. Box, the package must be shipped via USPS. UPS only delivers to street address.
All items are professionally packaged with the utmost care. Please notify us within 24 hour after delivery if there is damage to your shipment.

· If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a complete refund of the merchandise price, no questions asked.

· All returns must be received in the complete and original packaging with all included accessories and complete documentation (copy of e-bay sales receipt).
· Returned merchandise must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear,use or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the exact same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
· Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Big Fish Sports for the delivery of your merchandise, will be deducted from your credit or refund.
