DENON AVC-A1 AV Surround Amplifier ( Gold color) faulty

DENON AV SURROUND AMPLIFIER  AVC-A1 WITH OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND REMOTE

It does have preamplifier

The power is working , preamplifier doesn't work , it isn't working with remote

I bring the amplifier to a electronic technician , he quote $200 to make it all working . But I have valve amplifier  now , so I let it go without repair ,
