We will exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original condition, not altered in any way and unused. Item must be returned via Registered Post only. Return postage costs are to be paid for by the buyer. Where an item is lost during the transit back to us, it is the buyer's responsibility to claim insurance from the postal services. Please keep all your records and documents in the unlikely event that a loss should occur.
Pierced items in the Fashion Jewellery category are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
We take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Whilst the items are fully insured and a replacement or refund is available, we are unable to process the replacement or refund until such time that the Australia Post/Postal/Courier Service confirms item lost/damaged query. Whilst we understand the inconvenience that may cause in the rare cases of missing or damaged items, unfortunately we are not able to process the refund/return until the postal case is finalised and insurance is paid out.
For International Shipping please be advised that Custom Laws and charges or duties may apply based on you local Customs Regulations. Please enquire with the relevant authorities of your country for detailed information. We will not be liable for any such charges.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
We will provide full refund guarantee for errors on our part or for stock damaged in transit. Please inspect the item for any damage upon receipt of delivery and contact us immediately to report any issues.
Rings that are resized are non-refundable.
Where a ring is resized by another jeweller we will not carry any responsibility for any damage done to the ring and the altered item will not be eligible for return or refund.
Items made to order are not refundable unless item is damaged or lost in transit, where due process will apply as outlined above. |
