Customer Service & Shipping Policy.	Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your parcel to arrive. Ask for express post if you need it sooner, this is an extra cost. We take no responsibility for party products that arrive late. You must Contact us within 5 business days if your parcel does not arrive or 2 business days for express posted parcels. We also offer register post for an extra cost of $2.50. Contact us at least 3 days prior to your party date if your parcel has not arrived. Do Not contact us the day before your party it will be to late to repost anything that's lost in the mail in time. We wont refund your money if you don't give us enough time to fill your request. We know you will be more than happy with our products if not let us know. All our products are brand new and are fantastic quality . Let us know if you are not happy so we can help or offer a refund.
Out Of Stock & Deleted Lines.	We do everything possible to ensure we take down items that are out of stock and Products that are a part of Deleted lines. Some times we may miss an item or 2. Or simply our suppliers for some reason overnight no longer sell the item or are out of stock. This is out of our control. In the event this happens you will be advised ASAP! You can choose either Option 1. Have your parcel posted out as soon as its available Or Option 2. Ask for a full refund as the items wont arrive in time for your party date.
