We ship it on the same day payment is received, any payments made after 3.30pm will be posted next day.

• For postage within Australia please allow up to a maximum of 5-6 working days.
• All types of postage are available including – Registered Post, Insurance & Express Post. No Pick Up.
• All O/S purchases are shipped worldwide by International airmail.
• O/S It normally takes about 7-10 business days to reach you.
• A combined postage discount is available per additional DVD/CD/GAME purchase within Australia  & Over Seas within 3 days of each transaction.

PAYMENT METHOD

• Payment must be made within 7 days of winning the bid.
• Overseas customers we only accept Paypal as a fast & secure method of payment. We don’t accept International Money Orders or Cheques due to the long time turnaround for clearance & extra fees for International currency conversion.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is primary to our business and we will look after our clients in every way possible.

In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing faults, or has been incorrectly sent, we will gladly replace it once we receive the item back from you. Any returned items are returned at the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded in transaction cost. Returns are best made by simply reposting the original package (Australia Post) and marking it "RETURN TO SENDER" Claims for faulty merchandise need to be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery. In the event of item/s being out of stock a back order will be made & the buyer will be notified as to how long that will be. If the item is no longer available refund of the purchase price and initial postage costs will be paid. Any incorrectly delivered goods must not be opened.
