• Please understand that postage deals/discounts (flat postage and promotional postage $6.95 deals) may or may not apply if you are ordering multiple items over a 2 week period. In such situations, you will only be charged the Australia Post postal price + cost of a postbag.
• Quick payment means you receive your item faster! Please allow approx. 7 working days for delivery.
• Item will not be posted until full payment has been received and cleared.

• Please contact me for a postage price before you bid. I am happy to combine postage for you too, so send me the item numbers and I can give you an exact price! I accept Paypal. International buyers are liable for all taxes and customs fees that may arise in their own country on receipt of their purchase from me.

POSTAGE EXTRAS  

• Please seriously consider insuring your purchase. I can register your parcel (domestic $2.70 – insured up to value of $100 by Australia Post) or send express post (domestic price depends on weight). International bidders wanting to register their item, please email for a quote. Please let me know you wish to do so when the auction closes and I will add these additional costs to your postage price. Unfortunately I am not responsible for your item once it has been posted, but I do my utmost to package appropriately.
• I prefer not to use prepaid satchels as there is no proof (for you or me) when it is sent, although it would be much easier for me to do it this way! If you would prefer me to use a prepaid bag, I will, but please understand I take no responsibility for these. I take all parcels/envelopes etc to the post office and get label prints for each one which means I have a receipt with proof of postage, postcode sent to, parcel weight etc. This should give us both peace of mind that if your parcel does go missing, I have proof it was sent and you can be reimbursed by Paypal/Australia Post.
• If your purchase is a present, I do gift wrapping (birthdays, christenings, Christmas etc). Please email for a price.

OTHER EXTRAS

• Please email me if you would like more information about sizing, colour, shipping costs, payment methods etc before you place your bid. While I try to be careful, all pictures and details contained in my listings are for illustration purposes only. Please check the measurement details carefully yourself and email me if something is unclear before you commit to bidding.
• If for some reason an item is unsuitable (and this does not include if you change your mind), upon receipt, please email me immediately. I will do my best to resolve it. If the item is sent back to me within a week (with tags still attached and in original condition, packaged appropriately) on its receipt, I will refund the full purchase price, exchange if I have another in stock or give you a credit for the purchase price. Buyer will pay all postage costs.
