Items are packed within 48 hours of payment coming through and are usually shipped the same day. We would ask that you check your "My Messages" on ebay as automated emails will be sent to keep you informed when payment received and again when parcel is on the way. We CANNOT answer all the emails that come through as we average more than 200 every day. If you haven't received an automated email within 5 days from sending your payment, then please drop us a line and we will trace your item and drop you a personal email. All parcels have a barcode and will be fully trackable on Australia Post's e-parcel site www.eparcel.com.au - this number will ony be provided if your parcel hasn't arrived after 5 business days from automated email stating parcel has left. Australia Post estimates a delivery time frame for parcels between 3 - 5 business days so please let this time elapse before contacting us, I'm sure it wouldn't be far away. Small items will be sent as a large letter to keep costs to a minimum, however if you would prefer to have the item sent with a barcode to tracking purposes then a minimum charge of $6 is applicable.
You can shop at our store with peace of mind as we use e-parcel post for ALL our parcels (items sent as a large letter not included unless minimum delivery fee of $6 is requested), so a full tracking number can be provided -see shipping terms for details. This service does not eliminate the need for insurance, however the parcels can be traced on the Austrlia Post website and if in the event a parcel should still go astray, claims are processed with a lot more speed.
