Important things to consider when bidding.

According to Ebay rules, a successful bid is a contract. If you win an auction, the item is yours and payment is expected.

Postage

All items are posted via Australia Post using the standard postal method. This is the cheapest option. It is my experiencee that items from time to time go "MISSING". If you wish to receive your item with any sort of guarantee I suggest you email or message me and request and pay for "REGISTERED POST". Under no circumstance will I "meet you halfway" or refund because an item has gone missing using standard mail.

Australia post offers Insurance also, IF YOU PAY FOR STANDARD POST, THATS ALL YOU GET, NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN FOR LOST ITEMS.

DVD Puchases

ALL DVD'S SOLD ARE BRAND NEW AND USUALLY SEALED, SOME ARE NOT SEALED.

MOST DVD TITLES ARE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM DISTRIBUTORS.

ALL DVD TITLES ARE REGION 4, WHICH IS AUSTRALIAN, If a dvd is any other region than 4 it will be listed.

NO REFUNDS GIVEN IF YOU PURCHASE A REGION 4 DVD AND YOU HAVE A REGION 1 PLAYER.

Purchases and Payments

Non paying bidders will be reported to EBAY and negative feedback listed.

Payments can be made using paypal (preferred method), Direct Deposit payments are accepted upon request.

Disputes and Resolutions

If you have a problem at will with the auction, or the item of choice, please email me first either through EBAY or directly at lisa@nerang.net.

If you are not satisfied and wish to leave less than positive feedback Please EMAIL ME FIRST at lisa@nerang.net to try and resolve any issue, you are welcome to leave neutral/negative feedback if no resolution or satisfaction is realised on your part.
