Seller’s bidding Terms:

ü      It is BUYER'S responsibility to carefully review and understand all description, photos and conditions.

ü      In any case the SELLER suspect the BUYER of fraud and/or abuse of any of eBay's, Pay-Pal's or SELLER'S conditions, the SELLER reserve the right to cancel and/or disregard the suspected bid.

ü    After the buyer wins the sale he must send full Pay-Pal registration details with phone number to complete shipping process.

Payment terms:

·        The SELLER only accepts Pay-Pal and will email confirmation to Buyer's address as registered in Pay-Pal.

·        The SELLER expects full payment within 5 days after the end of auction. If payment doesn't arrive within the 5 days a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed and the auction will be re-listed.

Shipping:

o       Please allow 5-12 business days for delivery time

o       Shipping cost and fees will be paid by the BUYER.

o       Any charge for custom, sale tax will be paid by the BUYER  

o       The SELLER will add delivery confirmation to make sure that items are received by the buyer.

o       The BUYER mast opens the box before sign on the delivery.

o      Upon receipt of package, please open box and verify if OK. If not, please do not sign for it and ask to return to Sender.

o       The SELLER may require signature upon delivery on items that are of higher value. It is Buyer's responsibility to make sure that someone is present at the shipping address to sign for the package.

RETURN POLICY:

ý     The SELLER will only accept returns for items that the SELLER misrepresented.

ý     In case the BUYER feels that the item is not as described in the auction and the BUYER would like to return the item, the BUYER must alert the SELLER by email and initiate the return process within 24 hours of receiving the item.

ý     The BUYER will send the item by AIR MAIL with tracking number. 

ý     The BUYER will be responsible for ALL return shipping charges and fees including EBay fees.
