If you're gonna be bad - then dress for it! This PVC mini is has been specially designed to provoke a reaction - all you have to do is wear it. Made from the shiniest PVC on the planet. It has been hatefully decorated with strips of eyelet tape and D-rings hanging down on each side and in the middle of the back. Links of bright silver chain clip to the front with big chunky silver clips.

Perfect for thigh high fishnets, big stompin' boots and a riot grrl attitude, this skirt will raise eyebrows.
