• The item will be shipped by Airmail, it will take 15-25 days for delivery.  IF you need  faster shippment ,please contact us for details.

• Please note that delays caused by carriers we cannot be held responsible for. Shipping time is only estimated and not guaranteed.

• If your item is returned to us for the reason of your side (Customs or Post Office), we are glad to resend your item. But you should pay us the actual shipping cost from China to your location.

• We normally mark your item as GIFT, valued less than US$10 on Customs Declaration label.  

Return Policy

• We will replace items which are defective for 30 days from the date you receive them. Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.
• Returns are usually processed within 2-4 days from the time they are received.
• Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason except DOA (dead on arrival).
• Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds. If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee, but no refound of shipping and handling fee.
