• Insurance coverage is optional. The cost of insurance is $1.00 per $100.

• Standard International orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority International Mail depending on weight. Our standard service is not guaranteed to come with tracking. Insurance is not available for First Class or Priority shipments.
• USPS Express delivery is also available. If you choose this method your order will be expedited, it will include a tracking number.

In order to take advantage of combined shipping, you must pay for all your items at once. You have seven (7) days to buy items. Do not go through eBay checkout until you have purchased your last item.

Items purchased through the "Buy It Now" feature will be offered exchanges/returns, less shipping costs. You may return these items within 10 business days. All Return & Exchange requests must include our Product Exchange Form.

If you purchase an item through bidding on an auction, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are a large auction house selling our merchandise for up to 95% off of retail price, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on items won by auction.

We sell many department store brands and all brands fit differently. For more specific info on sizing we encourage you to visit the manufacturer's website before purchase. Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow returns on auction items if the item does not fit. We do state specific measurements in the description, and if you have further questions please feel free to email us your question. Since are prices are SO LOW, if it doesn't fit you, it will probably fit someone you know so you can donate or resell it and still feel great about your purchase!

Most of the items that we sell were originally offered in catalogs and large department stores. All of our products come directly from the manufacturers and retailers warehouses.

Since most of the items have been handled more than what you would see in a retail store (they get sent back from the retailer to a warehouse), they may show signs of additional handling. Minor flaws such as seam separation, surface dirt, loose threads, beads, embroidery, small snags/runs may be present. Due to the liquidation prices of our vast inventory, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for such flaws. However, if an item has a major flaw, it will be noted and photographed in the listing. If an item has a major flaw and it was not accurately described, we will issue you a full refund less shipping.
