Terms of Sale

• All goods sold online by Asmarche are subject to these terms & conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to or by the purchaser.

• By bidding on this particular product you are entering into a contract with Asmarche to buy the product. This contract is legally binding and therefore you are bound by the terms of the contract to pay. Appropriate action will be taken against any non paying buyers, including but not restricted to: reporting to site manager, charged fees, commencement of legal action through the appropriate small claims tribunal/court and/or referral to debt collecting agency. The buyer will be liable for any costs associated with the above mentioned actions.

• All sales are final unless item(s) is/are not as described.

• Faulty item warranty period: 30 days. Although we apply the strictest quality assurance measures in the unlikely event that the product arrives "dead on arrival" a replacement item or refund will be provided.

• Good may only be returned if (i) they are "dead on arrival", "damaged in transit" or "incorrectly shipped"; and (ii) a request for a return is sent to Asmarche within a period of 3 days of delivery.

• Returns will not be accepted if: (i) the purchaser is simply unhappy with their purchase, the item was not what they expected or they have changed their mind or they have made the wrong choice; (ii) if the purchaser damaged the product because of misuse, unauthorized repair, tampering or improper adjustment.

• We are not responsible for returned items lost in post.

• All items returned for refund or replacement maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• The original and return shipping and handling charges may not be refunded or reimbursed.

• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.

• Asmarche takes great care in the packaging of all products prior to dispatch under postal ordinary, registration, expressed or insurance service. However, we assume no liability for the postal late delivery or goods damaged or missing during the transportation if insurance is not taken.

• We reserve the right to withdraw bid if necessary.

• All care is taken in item listings however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional.
