This pattern by Jacquay Yaxley is for a beautiful outfit baby boy outfit, a gorgeous pram cover and also underwear,  for a doll of various sizes- the larger sizes suitable for a premature baby or reborn doll.
The sleeveless suit has a front opening with cute buttons and also a buttoned (or press studs/similar) inner leg opening for easy dressing.
The textured pram blanket is very attractive.
