DUCKWEED IS AN EXCELLENT WATER PLANT AS IT IS NON INVASIVE.  IT MULTIPLYS QUICKLY AND COVER THE TOP OF THE POND WHICH HELP MINIMISE MOQUITOES BREEDING IN THE WATER. IT ALSO HELPS KEEP THE WATER CLEANER AND FRESH AS ITS ROOTS HELP REMOVE AMMONIA AND NITRITE. ITS GREAT FOR THE FISH AS THEY ARE ABLE TO HID UNDER IT FROM BIRDS AND OTHER PREDATORS.     MY AQUARIUM GOLDFISH JUST LOVE THE STUFF.

ITS BEST SUITED TO SHADED PONDS. IT IS A VERY SMALL WATER PLANT THAT JUST FLOATS ON THE SURFACE OF THE WATER. ANY EXCESS CAN BE USED ON THE GARDEN AS MULCH.
