This is a brand new mattbox, Suitable for normal format lenses (4:3) comes with a 77mm adaptor, starting at $1 with no reserve.

Matte box:-

A matte box is a camera accessory that essentially does the same thing as a lens hood and also mounts in front of the lens, but usually includes adjustable fins called French flags. These can be moved and adjusted to reduce lens glare. A matte box is an important device for quality photography and film making. It protects your camera lens from extra light and sun shade. Another purpose of a matte box is to hold glass filters in place in front of the lens.

 

 

4x4 filters are not included

Frech flag is very easily installed by sliding in the hotshoe and then screwing up. These can be moved and adjusted to reduce lens glare.

 

 

Sunshade matte box can be mounted on any camera have following front lens thread dia:-

It comes wit ha 7mm adapter but this mattebox can also be mounted directly on Camera lens of 80mm Outer dia.

 

Inbuilt Square filter holder
Another purpose of a matte box is to hold Square filters in place in front of the lens. This sunshade / filter holder provides shading to the digital series of telephoto, wide angle adapters and a variety of lenses. The filterholder takes 4"x4" glass/Plastic filters and has the ability to utilize two at a time. 4 x 4 filters are inserted without the need of a filter tray.

 

Buttons are used to loose or tight Square filter holder grip. Screw is used to tight adapter on mattebox
