Direct Bank Deposit is the preferred method of payment. Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction's end.

Items are only sent once payment has been received. Please be aware that it can take up to 3 business days for payments made by bank deposit (online or over the counter) to appear in our bank account.

The buyer is to pay all shipping costs, including charges relating to packaging, postage, insurance, customs clearances and administration.

We will combine auctions, upon request, to reduce shipping costs. The savings for combined orders will depend upon the size and weight of the items purchased. The shipping cost of each additional item in a combined order is typically reduced by 50%.

Delivery will usually be within 5 days.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged once posted. The safest way for items to be sent is via Registered Mail with an appropriate level of insurance. Registered Mail is more expensive than Regular Mail but it offers increased protection to both the buyer and seller. Registered Mail includes insurance of up to $100. Additional insurance is available at a cost of $1.50 per $100.

International
Delivery will usually be within 2 to 4 weeks. Items will be sent via economy international mail. The buyer is responsible for charges imposed by Customs.

Insurance is required for all packages sent to international destinations.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. You can return your merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price where the item(s) received is not as described in the listing. To qualify for the refund the item(s) must be returned in their original condition and within 14 days of the end of the auction. Unfortunately we are uinable to refund the postage and handling charges. Buyers are encouraged to insure items for loss or damage during transit.
