Round Australia car trials, Formula Vee, Formula 2, Formula One, Formula 5000, touring cars, V8 Supercars, Le Mans, solar cars, mileage marathon cars – you name it, Larry has done it all and done it well.

A true racer’s racer, aggressive, quick and fair, ‘LP’, as he is affectionately known, tells it as he sees it, like it or not, caring little for what others think and a lot about winning.

His extensive experience in the sport is highlighted by LP’s incredible capacity for meticulous, bulletproof engineering and equally as precise driving and strategy, resulting in one of the most outstanding endurance race records of the past two decades. There is a lot more to the man than his six Bathurst 1000 victories. 'The Endurance Man' retraces Larry Perkins’ career in colourful detail, featuring exclusive interviews with Larry, Allan Moffat, Peter Janson, John Harvey and Dick Johnson, in addition to modern day contemporaries such as Russell Ingall, Mark Skaife and Craig Lowndes.

Combined with archival and contemporary footage, this is a 90-minute visual history that showcases LP’s talents, triumphs and tragedies.
