How can I claim warranty buying from you online? |

All our products come with full warranty from manufacturers unless specify it is used or manufactory refurbished product. You will receive same manufacturer warranty as in a retail store. Any warranty issues can be resolved contacting manufacturer. However we are more than happy to assist you any of your enquiry regarding this. Simply please give us a call and we will help you out. |

Is Pick up available from you? |

We will specify the item is available for pick up or delivery only. However you should give us a day notice to arrange goods for you in our warehouse. |

What method you use to ship these items? How long it takes to deliver? |

We use reliable courier service as well as Australia Post. Most of Metro areas it takes up to 4 working days to deliver. National, it takes up to 21 working days. On some seasonal period it may take longer than expected delivery time. Sometime when an item is too big to post it will be deliveried by courier. In this case , there are no PO Box delivery, only your street address can be used by courier. |

Yes we do accept Paypal. It is our preferred payment method. Due to eBay regulations (after 17th June 2008 ) , it is the only accepted payment by us. |

Please read the following terms and condition carefully before you bid.
- All sales are final. We do not offer discount. Shipping is non-refundable.
- This is a serious auction; please do not bid on any item/s if you do not intend to pay.

- All payments for the winning bid must be made within 7 working days. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay.

Returns Policy
- No refunds are offered. Only defective product will be offered exchange or store credit.
- For New Item: DOA ( death on arrival ) will replace promptly. Contact us with in 7 days of arrival for a replacement. Used or refurbished item will not be replaced.
- Defective products must be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order.
- We do not accept any refund if buyers only feel not happy because item not what they expected , change the mind, physically damages or finding excuses but products are working fine.
- It may take up to 21 working days to process your return after we receive your product.
- Cost of the freight are non refundable. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to and from Mission PC and when returning item ( if we offered and accepted return) be sure you are using the most secure way to get the item to us ( i.e. registered post ). Item lost in post when return is considered to be buyer responsibility.
- Buyer must agree to the return policy before buying.
