My name is Thomas Cahel and I have been using the DynaFlex over two years. I had a shoulder replacement in October of 03. I used light weights for lifting and other exercises. But when I started using the DynaFlex my coordination got so much better. Hand and fingers got much better too. It's great for the hands & wrist. Hospitals should know about the DynaFlex. The machine also helps on stress and concentration. People really should give the DynaFlex a chance to work.
