DESCRIPTION
I am offering a little set consisting of short-sleeved Angel top,
little pants, bonnet and shoes hand knitted in an
Antique White (almost an Ivory), soft, 8ply
Patons 'Smoothie' yarn.
I have
designed the sweet little bonnet myself, and have knitted
it in a diamond
pattern to match the skirt of the Angel top.
I
have used deep rose coloured folded ribbon roses around
the brim....with matching satin ribbons to tie, and a
matching triple rose/bow and pearl cluster at the centre
of the crown which is a mass of fine antique white lace.
The angel top has a lovely textured diamond pattern in the lower part,
with a moss stitch pattern for the yoke and short,
puffed
sleeves which are edged with lace, which is featured
around the neck also.
A triple rose motif and pearls has been securely
sewn at the centre of the base of the yoke
at the front.
The top fastens at the back with four clear buttons.
The pants are short length and have been knitted
using the same pattern as the yoke of the Angel top,
and can be adjusted with the rose satin ribbon threaded
through at the base of each leg.
Enclosed elastic at the waist.
I have pushed
the leg of the pants up just a tiny bit in my pictures to show chubby
little legs. :)
The shoes are a slipper style with a row of lace
around the instep and the sole.
A rose and pearl decoration is sewn at the centre of the toe,
and Rose satin ribbon is used to tie.
The
combination of the two colours gives a lovely soft
effect to the little outfit.

This set would fit a small baby of similar proportions.
