This is a Daiwa minicast 40 reel. The label reads:

 

4 lbs. (.20mm) 85 yards (80 m) to 8 lbs.  (.80 mm) 45 yards (40 m)

 

It was used once and upon removing from the rod there are a few scratches. It works perfectly, just moved onto a larger reel.
