SPYDER 3 PRO from Datacolor "Display Calibration for Serious Photographers"

This item is described as "used" as it has been unboxed and used twice.  I no longer pursue photography and this device is excess to requirements.  I paid $315.00 from a leading camera retailer in Melbourne and I found that with my Dell 24 inch monitor and my Dell 15 inch laptop display, the Spyder Pro 3 is brilliant - the image you photographed, the image you see on screen (and with a little more colour management from your editing software)  the printed image - are all the same!

In the box is the Spyder 3 colorimeter, a desktop cradle, the software CD, a screen cleaner and a quick start guide, all in "as new condition".

Spyder 3 Pro is easy to use, attach it to your CRT, LCD or Laptop with the "sucker", plug into a USB connector and follow the on screen prompts from the software. Within minutes your display will be precisely calibrated and the "Spyderproof" function provides real images for you to evaluate the calibration detail from a photographers point of view. It even evaluates the ambient light level in your room as well as allowing precise control over white point and gamma.

There is a ReCal function which cuts re-calibration time in half and the software provides automatic prompts to do this at intervals you decide.

With Spyder 3 Pro there is no more trial and error calibration, you don't need to be an expert to get outstanding results and your calibrated display will help ensure that what you see on screen will match what your printer outputs.
