At la Laiterie you can look through the french doors with your morning coffee and watch the visiting family of big kangaroos feeding on the property. Later in the day you can put you feet up around the wood fire with a good red and watch the family of resident rozellas play in the trees just outside. If you come in the warmer weather, the perfect spot to drink in the sunset and sip your favourite wine is under the vines.

You also have your own Petanque Piste surrounded by lavender - with Boule and instructions of course. And then there is a further 5 acres of trees and lawn - and of course a dam surrounded by large magestic gums all to yourself.

If that is not enough the property backs onto the Hepburn Regional Park with many, many kilometres of walking paths including a nearby waterfall and mineral water spring.

The bedroom features a comfy queen size bed and french doors. The open plan living area has more french doors and comes equipped with stereo/CD, DVD, Digital TV, a well equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas.

La Laiterie has cosy electric panel heating, or if you prefer you can fire up the wood burning pot belly stove. A stainless steel gas BBQ is also supplied for el fresco dining
