• Any particular item may become unexpectedly out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel this order and refund your payment if this does happen for whatever the reason.

• International Buyers are welcomed. Please send me an email before bidding so that I can give you Postage and Insurance cost to your country of destination.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS     

• PayPal - We accept credit card payment through PayPal
• Direct Credit, Banker’s Cheques and Australia Post Money Orders are also accepted.
• Our preferred form of payment is Direct Credit into our Bank Account
• PayPal is available as a form of payment for Australian Buyers only.
• The only form of payment accepted from International buyers is Wire Transfer
• We will ship only to PayPal Confirmed address when the payment is made through PayPal. No Exceptions.
• All payments are due within 3 days after the item is bought.
• If the Buyer Pays by PayPal,  we  will ship in 2-3  Business Days AFTER  the payment  is cleared  from PayPal  into our  Bank Account

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• Shipment within 3 Business Days after we receive cleared funds into our account
• Local Pickups are welcomed at no Charge
• A 20.00 $ handling charge will apply for Local Pickups where the payment is made through PayPal
• International buyers, please ask Shipment charges to your destination
• We will ship through Registered Australia post or a courier of our Choice. We will provide a tracking number after the item is shipped.
• In case of International Shipments we will ship by FedEx or Australia Post

• Insurance charge is optional for domestic shipping, but required for international shipping. Buyer takes the risk for shipping without insurance. For Lost items when the buyer has paid for the Insurance, We will refund the payment 30 days after the shipment for domestic shipments and 60 days for international shipments for LOST PARCELS.

RETURN POLICY

• Return accepted for DOA items only within 3 Days of receipt of the item by the buyer. Buyer to immediately notify the Seller for DOA item. We will repair or replace the item with similar item. Refund will only be made if we can’t carry out repair or similar item is not available in our inventory. Postage and Insurance Charges will NOT be refunded.
• 90 Days Back To Base warranty for any Hardware Failure. The item will be repaired or replaced at our option. Buyer pays for two way postage costs.
• We don't accept return for any new items that carry manufacturer's warranty. Please contact Manufacturer for warranty service.
• Please allow at least 10 business days for us to process your warranty return.
• In case we do not have similar item in our inventory, we will authorise a refund. In this case returns must have all original packaging and accessories and should be returned in original condition in which the item was received. Postage and Insurance costs will not be refunded.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance for both DOA and warranty.
