You are bidding on a unopened, unused, certified refurbished Dell Latitude XT2 tablet laptop. This system has the same warranty as a brand new laptop you would buy from Dell.com. The warranty ends on August 27, 2012. You are getting this laptop for a fraction of the cost. Also, save on sales tax. This item is in stock in ready to ship. Box was never opened.

This laptop comes with a 128 GB Solid State Drive. Solid State drives are the best around with no moving parts.

When you buy from another buyer on ebay which offers the free windows 7 upgrade you will wait 5-6 weeks to get the windows 7 upgrade from dell? I will throw in the windows 7 business disc in your order for free. You will have to download it on the laptop, XP/Vista is currently installed on the system.

A. We purchase directly from Dell and this laptop is refurbished by them to meet original factory specifications.

Q. How come Dell ends up with these laptops for sale?

A. Dell offers customers of all brand new laptops a generous 21 day return policy.
Some customers may choose to return their purchase during this period, for example a laptop may be returned because the customer simply changes their mind. Another possibility is the customer had an issue with the laptop (scratch or complication) and returned it. All of Dell's refurbished laptops/tablets are retested and repackaged to meet original factory specifications; any defective parts are replaced as needed during this process. They are sold with a similar warranty to brand new laptops.

A. This particular laptop has a 3 year limited warranty from Dell.

Return Policy

1. Return policy window is any time from the moment you place the order to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery by my carrier.
2. If you change your mind at any time before I ship the order you get 100% money back
3. If you change your mind after I ship the order but before you open the box you get money back LESS the S&H fee
4. If you have opened the box but return the item in original condition, for any reason, I will provide a refund less 15% restocking fee and S&H.

If for some reason your system doesn't match the specifications outlined in the ad, I will happily refund your payment upon return of the system. I do not accept returns due to system performance problems. I have not inspected the contents or operation of the system and therefore, cannot guarantee the operation of each individual system. Any system performance issues need to be addressed by Dell through the warranty coverage procedure.
