Why Dell-Australia?
We are the only authorised seller of Dell products in Australia. Any other new Dell products being resold on eBay Australia are unauthorised and should be purchased with caution. Consumers should also be aware that any Dell items, from PCs to projectors, sold on eBay and not authorised by Dell, are not covered by any Dell warranty. Under Dell's terms & conditions of sale, a warranty is invalidated if the product is resold.
Dell investigations have found PCs being sold on eBay which do not contain genuine Dell parts. If you are not buying an item from Dell directly, you may be getting the shell of a Dell product filled with sub-standard or non-working parts. Buyers should be aware, too, that there are scams being run on eBay with Dell notebooks as the bait. If the purchase price of a product seems too good to be true, it probably is. Purchase of a Dell product on eBay other than from Dell-Australia is at your own risk.
Total Satisfaction Policy
- You may return this item to the relevant Dell warehouse within 15 days of the date of invoice for replacement or a refund or credit of the product purchase price.
- The refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price.
- To return products, you must call Dell to receive a Credit Return Authorization Number. Arrangements for the return will be made with you at this time.
- To expedite the processing of your refund or credit, Dell expects the return of the products to Dell in their original packaging within five days of the date that Dell issues the Credit Return Authorization Number.
- You must also prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
- Returned products must be received by Dell in as-new or as-shipped-by-Dell condition, including conformance to the specifications set out in your invoice, and all of the manuals, diskette(s), CD(s), power cables, and other items included with the product must be returned.

Delivery Information
Your delivery:
- Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Someone will need to be at the nominated address to accept and sign for the delivery. Delivery of your order is estimated to take between 9-12 working days from payment clearance.
HOWEVER, from time to time our factory is short of parts, or we need to wait for colour outer cases to arrive. This is why we say at the Top of this Listing that Delivery could be up to three weeks.
- Order Status Updates are available 48-72 hours after payment has been received. Please call us on 1300-463-362 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm during business hours) or email us at ebay_australia@dell.com to find out the status of your order.

Direct Deposit into our Bank Account
Bank Account will be emailed upon purchase, please use your eBay ID as a reference. Please be aware that Direct Deposit can take 2-4 days to process as it is transferred from your bank account to the Dell Account, and ONLY THEN can our customer service team process your item for you.
