After the auction is closed, auction winners should contact us within 3 days and payment must be received within 5 days.

If no response to 3 of our e-mail requests during the 5 days, Negative feedback will be left and the goods will not be guaranteed to be available in stock.

Any returned non-defective item(s) is subject to 20% of purchase price restocking charge.

Please also be aware, any products (including any Cisco Systems products) purchased from Prolab may have been supplied with software owned or controlled by third parties (such as Cisco). Prolab does not warrant or represent that our products are supplied with a valid software licence or that the software is of a particular type or quality. You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for ensuring you comply with and/or purchase any software or other intellectual property licence that may be required.

All products are supplied without the manufacturer's (and in particular Cisco Systems) support and the purchaser must separately purchase support from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer if required. Prolab is not an authorised Cisco dealer or distributor and does not supply support of any kind for any of the products sold. Prolab does however supply a limited warranty on certain goods purchased which is clearly stated on the purchase invoice. If no warranty is stated the goods are sold "As Is" and without warranty (but subject to the operation of your local laws).
